We offer a full range of Targa top services, including replacement tops for all years. When tops are reconditioned they will appear in near new condition. Fold top and obtain a box from a car dealer parts dept. or a body shop. 32”x18”x10” or so. Stuff folded newspaper on all sides, top and bottom. Two day turn around on most tops. UPS. Stages of Service.

1. Reconditioning: Most tops only require this service. Disassembly, inspection for cracks, breaks or bent items, repair items, cosmetic refurbishment, recover original Germany vinyl, updated/improved headliner installed, minor hardware provided at no cost and reassembled. $595

Note: The headliner I use is cloth backed (2 layer) so that the glue doesn't eat at the foam and crumble. Better than factory.

Savings: If your headliner in good condition and the foam backing doesn’t tear away when headliner is removed, there can be a saving of $100.

2. Minor Restoration: 75% of the tops in mid 80's or older usually require this service to renew. Replacement of the inner reinforcement burlap type material which is found under the vinyl. This provides the real strength to the top and prevents wind noise and water leaks. A foam layer is then glued to the burlap to provide padding. All of number one is then performed Add $150

3. Major Reconstruction: 75% of the tops in 70's usually require this additional services to renew. Replacement of the reinforcement webbing strips which are 5” wide running from side to side. This is necessary in order to keep the metal ribs aligned to the frame rail fastening points. These are glued and riveted to the ribs. All of number one and two are then performed. An additional $125
